UK producer Toddla T's spent the last few years bridging the gap between grime and pop, and on May 5 he steps out on Defected with a new three-tracker, On Acid. Get your mind out of the pharmaceutical gutter, though: this is acid in a musical sense, and the acerbic, squggly synths of "Acid" certainly cement that notion.
