Oneohtrix Point Never Readies ‘Commissions I’ For Record Store Day

Now that he’s done live-Tweeting Billy Corgan’s entire eight-hour performance of Siddhartha, Oneohtrix Point Never has shifted his focus to the many legs of international touring he has planned for the months ahead. A long overdue run in support of last year’s R Plus Seven LP, it’ll also coincide with the Record Store Day release of Commissions I. The die-cut 12” includes work done for Sacrum Profanum’s Polish Icons series (“Music For Steamed Rocks”), Saatchi & Saatchi’s New Director’s Showcase (“Meet Your Creator”), and Doug Aitken’s “SONG 1″ happening (“I Only Have Eyes For You”).
